Hucclecote U.14 A 30 v Randwick Ambers 10
With Dudey, Jones and Hale all unavailable for a variety of reasons, this gave opportunity for Jodie Ems to step up alongside Alice Bradley and Freya Channon.
As a squad who rarely have time together , this showed early on when in the first quarter, timing and errors crept into their game, but they still showed some dynamic moments and ended the period 6-3 up.
The second quarter proved to be their best as they stormed this 12 minutes 11 goals to 2, with Alice Bradley at GS linking well with Jane Taylor who was back firing on all cylinders during this phase .  Defensively, With Channon at WD, and the normal back unit (McCoubrie and Robinson) forcing huge errors, let Hucclecote start to run away wit the game.   Lucy Martin at Centre had a strong performance and with Jodie Ems new in at WA, both showed some excellent play.
A switch saw Ellie Parker on to GS , with all others remaining the same, and then in the final quarter saw Bradley back on to GS.  Hucclecotes winning ways continued as they powered through court to take the victory 30-10 which was well umpired by Kirsty Trueman and Micha Harris.
Player of the game was awarded Lucy Martin whose contribution at Centre saw her steal 6 clean interceptions and force several tips which her team mates picked up on.
Hucclecote remain at the top of the league and are looking forward to the next challenge again their very own B Squad.
