Hurricanes got off to a strong start against Randwick, establishing a 10 goal lead by half time. However a forced change, due to injury, in Randwicks shooting circle proved to be a much better combination for them & one which unusually Hucclecotes defence could not contain.

That combined with a lack lustre performance by the rest of Hurricanes squad, allowed Randwick back into the game, with goals even during the 1/3rd quarter.

Starting the final 15minutes, still leading by 10 goals, Hurricanes made numerous unforced errors, missed shots & generally did not perform well, with Randwick taking the quarter by 5 goals.

The final score of 35-30 in Hucclecotes favour was a reflection of their performance generally.
