Hucclecote Premier squad recorded their highest ever win over Oaksway from Hartlepool on Sunday with a convincing scoreline of 57-37. This moves Hucclecote up the Division One table into 5th slot.

Regional Stars also won with an impressive scoreline of 68- 35 over Titans from Devon. Stars remain unbeaten so far and are on target to regain their position in Regional League Div 1.

Regional Comets slipped to a 9 goal defeat against a strong Raychem side in Swindon, after staying in contention for much of the game.

Hurricanes are still top the table of the Premier Division local league after notching up their 4th successive win This was a really competitive game with Gloucester Ladies who led for most of the match. It was only in the final minutes that Hurricanes drew level and then snatched victory by 2 goals.

Lightning, also in the Premier Division are finding it difficult to find consistency, and again with players not available, went down to Cirencester by a disappointing 19-43.

Storm are also finding life tough in Division One. The experience of Cheltenham Ladies proved too much and they lost 26-42.

Tornadoes notched up their 3rd victory in Division 2 against Barnet Waddington 43 goals to 35. This young team are growing in maturity every week and are proving to be a force to be reckoned with.

Hucclecote’s  Junior squads were in action at Bentham on Sunday.

The U12’s A squad were unbeaten all day winning all 4 of their matches, while the B squad lost 2 and drew 1.

The U 13’s not to be outdone also won all their 3 matches convincingly.
