The scoring went goal for goal until the final minutes, when the visitors edged ahead after a couple of decisions went their way.  Stars finished the season strongly only losing 34-39 to a team who have been unbeaten all season & will now go to play offs for place in Premier Div 3.

In the penultimate local league matches, Hurricanes secured runners up position after wins over Challengers 32-18 & Flyers 49-18.
